Refund & Cancelation Policy

All appointments require a deposit, which is non-refundable unless cancellation guidelines are met.

 

  • Standard services (excluding extensions and loc reconstructions): Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full deposit refund.

  • Loc extensions and loc reconstructions: Appointments must be canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full deposit refund.

  • Same-day cancellations or lateness: Clients must reach out if running late or canceling the same day. Failure to communicate may result in forfeiting the deposit and risk being unable to book future appointments.

I am an understanding stylist and want every client to leave satisfied. If you feel a service did not meet expectations, please reach out so I have the opportunity to address or correct the issue.
